What is a snail mail club?
A snail mail club is a subscription where you receive physical mail—letters, prints, and small creative pieces delivered to your mailbox monthly :)

But why, though?
In a screen-first world, snail mail brings connection back to paper. It’s a slower, tangible, and more intentional alternative to digital content, designed to be held, felt, reread, and returned to when you need it!

How much does Ink & Honey Mail Club Cost?
Our mail club is only $12 charged as a monthly subscription until you cancel.

When are letters sent out?

Letters are mailed out once a month to allow time for writing, printing, and mailing. Essentially, each month will have it's own edition.

Please note: If you subscribe after the 10th of a certain month, your first letter will be next month's edition. If you subscribe before the 10th, you will receive that months letter.

For example: If you subscribe February 3rd, you will receive February's letter. If you subscribe February 16th, your first snail mail will be March's letter.

Why do I need to create an account?

An account must be made for purchase of a subscription because it allows for ease of use. By creating an account, you have direct access to cancel your subscription, change your address, or add/remove a billing method. Easy peasy :)

What if I need to cancel?

You can cancel your subscription by logging into your account portal and clicking on the tab that says "my subscriptions." If you scroll down, you will see the "cancel subscription" button (but we'll be so sad to see you leave).

 

How do I change my address?

Although you can change your address on your account portal, please also e-mail me with your name and new address to ensure that nothing gets missed.  

What if my letter never arrived?
If you didn't receive your letter, we will gladly send you either a replacement or offer a refund. Please e-mail me if any issues arise!

Where do you ship?
We ship to most countries globally, except those on the U.S. sanctions or USPS restricted list.
